Desktop/browser users - you'll need to use one of our recommend browsers (see below).

Current text message alerts will be replaced with push notifications and additional notification options (details below).

New authentication options - touch ID or PIN for log in - will allow for less chance to lock yourself out of your account.

Enroll in Internet banking if you do not have an Internet banking account.

Set up your low balance alerts by:

Downloading our new app.

Logging into your account.

Clicking on account you wish to receive low balance alerts from.

Clicking “Settings.”

Turning button on and choose alert threshold.
