Lost or Stolen Card

Please notify us immediately if your ATM/debit card has been lost or stolen, or unauthorized transactions have occurred on your account.

Log in to Internet banking

  • Click Personal Options
  • Click Debit Card
  • Select compromised account
  • Click Lost/Stolen and Submit. This option immediately stops further debit card transactions and scheduled payments from your card.
  • Contact us to reorder a new card; this will not occur automatically.

Log in to our mobile app:

  • Press Menu (three lines on top left)
  • Click Manage Debit Cards
  • Select compromised account
  • Under card options, click Report Lost/Stolen. This option immediately stops further debit card transactions and scheduled payments from your card.
  • Please note your card may not be “turned on” once this option has been completed.
  • Contact us to reorder a new card; this will not occur automatically.
