INTERNET BANKING – I agree to the terms and conditions of the Internet Banking Agreement. The Internet Banking Agreement can be found at www.clearlakebank.com. If this is a business account, I verify that I am an authorized signer on all accounts for the business listed above. I will not share the assigned Internet Banking I.D. or PIN with unauthorized persons nor will I grant access to unauthorized persons. The fee for Internet Banking is:
Free for consumers / $7 per month for businesses (free with e-statements) / $20 per month for cash management.
E-STATEMENTS – I understand I will be required to read and agree to the terms and conditions of electronic documents when logging into my Internet banking account using my credentials at
TEXT MESSAGE BALANCE ALERTS – I agree to pay $2/month for text message alerts or can receive the service free by signing up for e-statements or photo debit card. I understand that one (1) text message will be sent for EACH account that I request a balance for each day and time selected. This can result in multiple text message alerts. I understand that cell phone carrier text message rates apply and I will not hold Clear Lake Bank & Trust Company liable for any text message charges. I understand that when I travel outside of the United States, my carrier may assess additional text message charges, and I am responsible for these charges. I am responsible for notifying Clear Lake Bank & Trust Company of any changes to my cell phone carrier and/or cell phone number. I am responsible for making changes to my text alerts when there is an account ownership change. I understand that the bank schedules its systems for maintenance and updates, and during these periods, text message alerts may be delayed. Under normal conditions, I understand that my text message alerts will usually arrive within 15 minutes of my selected schedule.
